HISTORY

Jack Grenier formed his agency in 1976 after a successful music performing and recording career that began in 1956. He appeared with and was featured on several Billboard hit records with various recording stars of the 1950's and 1960's including Jack Scott and Jerry Keller.

The Chantones

Jack was signed to Capitol Records with his group The Chantones in the early 1960's. They recorded two albums and toured throughout the USA and Europe, including two USO Tours with The Diamond, The Four Aces, The Four Lads, and others.

For the next decade, The Chantones toured throughout the USA and Canada performing in night clubs, dinner theaters and auditoriums. As leader of the group, Jack was responsible for booking most of their gigs and, after some time, became involved with booking other groups in these same venues. This proved to be very successful and, soon after, Jack formed his own booking agency in the Detroit area.
